Manage and Search

The robust search engine allows you to quickly find jobs using advanced filtering by location, team, project manager, resources assigned, customer, dates, custom workflow status (i.e. pending, in process, closed, etc.), and more.

Results may be sorted by multiple data points, and the intuitive display is color coded for status and team, find the job(s) relevant to your search.

 

Jobs group your projects and service work in a single location, and ensure a full 360° view of the work necessary to complete the job from start to finish.  See the date the project or work order was created, a brief description, and status.  Export to a standard or custom created PDF document, and capture electronic signatures from your customers in the field.

 

Document Storage

Cloud document storage is essential to managing your projects and keeping your entire team informed, while providing the tools necessary to complete their work.  ServiceManager stores your documents securely in the cloud, and allows you to secure those documents using roles and permissions within the platform.  Representatives in the field can quickly document job progress by taking pictures with their mobile phone or tablet, and directly upload and attach those photos with just a few clicks.

Electronically store any type of document including master services agreements, estimates, purchase orders, schematics, blueprints, photos, and more.  Based on a user’s permissions, documents are made available immediately anywhere on any device once uploaded to ServiceManager.

Custom Workflows

Custom Workflows can be automatically triggered or manually assigned to Jobs, Projects, Work Orders, and Time Sheets.  Event driven assignment of workflow statuses based on specific actions within the system (i.e. creating a job, capturing a customer signature, and submitting a time sheet) can trigger notifications to anyone with email and/or SMS Text Messaging capabilities.  Notifications and alerts allow for customization of the message.  Related information may include details specific to the entity, such as links directly to the item within ServiceManager, and turn-by-turn directions to the job site.

 

Color coding of statuses make it easy for user to see the status of specific entities within ServiceManager.

 

 

ServiceManager provides a set of base Workflows out of the box, but can easily be customized to accommodate the specific needs of your organization.
